Life Solutions LLC records sessions for quality assurance, agent training, and content production purposes. This document explains what is recorded, how recordings are used, and your rights.
1. What Is Recorded
- Audio of all sessions conducted through the Life Solutions LLC platform
- Session notes and documentation created by agents during calls
- Session metadata including duration, date, time, and agent assignment
2. Purpose of Recording
- Quality Assurance: Internal review to ensure agents meet our service standards
- Agent Training: Anonymous use in training materials to improve service quality
- Dispute Resolution: Review of recordings to resolve complaints or refund disputes
- Content Production: Use in Desk Confessions content only with your explicit separate written video/audio release consent
- Legal Compliance: Retention for legal purposes when required
Your session will NOT be used in any public content, broadcast, or publication without your separate explicit written consent through a video/audio release form. Quality assurance recording and content production recording are two separate consent processes.
3. Automated Notice
When you connect to a session, you will hear or see an automated notification: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance purposes." Proceeding with the session constitutes your consent to recording for quality assurance and training purposes.
4. Storage and Security
Recordings are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage with access restricted to authorized Life Solutions LLC personnel. Recordings are retained for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 36 months unless required longer for legal purposes.
5. Your Rights Regarding Recordings
- You may request information about whether a specific session was recorded
- You may request that a recording not be used for training purposes
- You may withdraw consent for future recordings — this does not apply retroactively
- Withdrawal of recording consent may affect your ability to use our services
6. North Carolina Recording Law
North Carolina is a one-party consent state for audio recording. Life Solutions LLC complies with all applicable state and federal recording laws. By using our services, you acknowledge this recording practice.
7. Content Release (Separate Process)
If Life Solutions LLC wishes to use your session in public content, you will be contacted separately and asked to sign a Video and Audio Release Form. No session will be made public without this additional explicit consent.
