1. Respectful Communication
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, or threats directed at agents or staff
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language
- Sexual harassment, explicit language of a sexual nature, or unwanted advances toward agents
- Repeated calls or messages intended to harass or intimidate
- Impersonating another person or providing false identity information
2. Appropriate Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Use sessions for illegal purposes or to discuss plans to commit illegal acts
- Attempt to solicit personal information from agents
- Record sessions without explicit consent of Life Solutions LLC and the assigned agent
- Share, publish, or distribute session content without written permission from Life Solutions LLC
- Use sessions to promote products, services, or business ventures
- Abuse the scheduling system through repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations
3. Agent Rights and Boundaries
Life Solutions LLC agents have the right to:
- End a session immediately if a caller engages in prohibited conduct
- Decline to answer questions outside the scope of our services
- Refer callers to emergency services when safety is a concern
- Maintain personal boundaries and refuse to share personal information
- Report abusive conduct to Life Solutions LLC management
4. Emergency Protocol
If you express or imply that you or another person may be in immediate danger, our agents are required to:
- Encourage you to contact 911 if there is immediate physical danger
- Provide the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) if there is a mental health crisis
- Remain on the line to provide calm support while you seek appropriate help
- Document the incident for internal review
Life Solutions LLC agents are not trained crisis counselors. In any situation involving risk to life, please contact emergency services immediately.
5. Consequences of Violations
- Immediate termination of the current session without refund
- Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
- Permanent ban from Life Solutions LLC services
- Reporting to law enforcement where applicable
6. Reporting Violations
To report a violation including inappropriate behavior by an agent, contact legal@life-solutions-llc.com. All reports will be reviewed within 5 business days.
