Terms & Conditions — Life Solutions LLC

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a session, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Life Solutions LLC services in any capacity you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Liability Waiver, Caller Code of Conduct, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Life Solutions LLC provides peer-support coaching and life guidance sessions only. We are NOT a licensed therapy practice, medical facility, legal firm, or financial advisory service. Nothing said during a session constitutes professional licensed advice of any kind.

Services include life coaching, relationship support, career navigation, financial awareness discussions (not financial advice), mental wellness conversations (not mental health treatment), and general life administration support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Life Solutions LLC services. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor without notice or refund.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@life-solutions-llc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments and Pricing

30-Minute Session: $25.00 one-time
60-Minute Session: $40.00 one-time
90-Minute Session: $55.00 one-time
2-Hour Session: $70.00 one-time
Monthly Subscription: $39.00/month — includes two 30-minute sessions

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 48 HOURS from the time of purchase. All sales are final after this window. Disputes filed with your bank without first contacting Life Solutions LLC will be reviewed and contested. Chargebacks in bad faith may result in permanent account suspension.

Refund requests within 48 hours must be submitted to legal@life-solutions-llc.com with your order confirmation number. We will respond within 5 business days.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of that session credit. No-shows without prior notice forfeit the session with no refund or credit.

8. Session Extensions

Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the assigned agent and subject to availability. Extended time may be billed at the applicable rate.

9. Content and Recording

Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and content production purposes. By using our services, you consent to recording as detailed in our Recording Consent policy. Your identity will not be disclosed publicly without your explicit written consent.

10. Termination of Service

Life Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

11. Intellectual Property

All content including the Life Solutions name, logo, Desk Confessions branding, website design, and recordings is the property of Team Good Life Productions and Life Solutions LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Davidson County, North Carolina.
