By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a session, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Life Solutions LLC services in any capacity you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Liability Waiver, Caller Code of Conduct, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Life Solutions LLC provides peer-support coaching and life guidance sessions only. We are NOT a licensed therapy practice, medical facility, legal firm, or financial advisory service. Nothing said during a session constitutes professional licensed advice of any kind.
Services include life coaching, relationship support, career navigation, financial awareness discussions (not financial advice), mental wellness conversations (not mental health treatment), and general life administration support.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Life Solutions LLC services. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor without notice or refund.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@life-solutions-llc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Payments and Pricing
- 30-Minute Session: $10.00 one-time
- 60-Minute Session: $25.00 one-time
- 90-Minute Session: $40.00 one-time
- 2-Hour Session: $55.00 one-time
- Monthly Plan: $24.00/month — includes 2 × 60-minute sessions + 1 × 30-minute session per month
New clients receive 50% off all session types for the first 60 days — no promo code required. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation window: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your session credit will be returned in full.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session): You receive one free late cancellation every two months. After that, the session credit is forfeited with no refund.
No-shows: Failure to attend a session without prior cancellation will result in a $5.00 no-show fee applied to your next booking, every time, with no exceptions. An admin may waive this fee at their sole discretion.
Monthly subscribers who cancel a session receive a credit that must be used before the end of the current billing month.
Refund window: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the session ends. Requests received after this window will not be approved.
Refund investigation timeline: All refund requests are reviewed within 72 hours of submission. You will receive a written response to the email on your account.
No refunds after 48 hours from purchase except under the refund policy above. Disputes filed with your bank without first contacting Life Solutions LLC will be reviewed and contested. Chargebacks in bad faith may result in permanent account suspension.
Refund requests must be submitted to legal@life-solutions-llc.com with your booking confirmation number and a brief description of your concern.
7. Scheduling and Session Extensions
You may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours before the session. See Section 6 for the full cancellation and refund policy. Extensions beyond the scheduled session time are granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the assigned agent and subject to availability. Extended time may be billed at the applicable session rate.

9. Session Recording Policy
Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and content production purposes. By creating an account and booking a session, you consent to recording as detailed in our Recording Consent policy. You may withdraw recording consent at any time by contacting us in writing before your session begins.
What we record: Audio of sessions where recording is enabled.
Who can access recordings: Authorized Life Solutions LLC agents and administrators only. Recordings are never shared publicly without your explicit written consent.
Retention: Session recordings are retained for two (2) years from the date of the session, then permanently deleted.
Your rights: You may request deletion of your recording at any time by contacting legal@life-solutions-llc.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
10. Data Retention
Call logs (detailed): Retained for 6 months from the call date.
Call logs (minimal record): Date, duration, and department retained for 2 years.
Session notes: Retained while your account is active. Anonymized upon account deletion — agent notes are preserved without identifying information.
Account deletion: All personally identifiable information (PII) is permanently deleted within 60 days of an account deletion request.
Inactive accounts: Accounts with no completed booking for 6 months will receive an inactivity warning by email. Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be scheduled for deletion. The inactivity clock resets to zero after each completed booking.
11. Termination of Service
Life Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
12. Intellectual Property
All content including the Life Solutions name, logo, Desk Confessions branding, website design, and recordings is the property of Team Good Life Productions and Life Solutions LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Davidson County, North Carolina.
