1. Acknowledgment of Service Nature
I, the caller/user, acknowledge and understand that:
- Life Solutions LLC provides peer-support coaching and life guidance only
- Life Solutions LLC agents are NOT licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, medical professionals, financial advisors, or attorneys
- Sessions do not constitute professional therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advisory services
- Any guidance provided is general in nature and should not be relied upon as professional advice
- I am responsible for my own decisions and actions before, during, and after any session
2. Release of Liability
I hereby voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Life Solutions LLC, Team Good Life Productions, their officers, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with:
- My participation in any Life Solutions LLC session or service
- Any guidance, suggestions, or information provided during sessions
- My reliance on any information provided by Life Solutions LLC agents
- Any decisions I make based on sessions with Life Solutions LLC
- Any emotional distress, mental health outcomes, or personal circumstances arising from or following a session
- Any financial, relationship, or career decisions made following discussion during a session
- Technical issues, interruptions, or service outages
3. Emergency Situations
Life Solutions LLC agents are not equipped to handle mental health crises, medical emergencies, or situations involving immediate risk to life. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call 911. For mental health crises, contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
4. Assumption of Risk
I understand that sharing personal, emotional, financial, or relational information during a session carries inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and my disclosure of personal information.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from my use of Life Solutions LLC services, my violation of these terms, or my violation of any rights of another party.
6. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in Davidson County, North Carolina.
